Life - code of conduct.....biological!

I'm not talking about any spiritual or ethical stuff here; don't run away! This is some bit of knowledge collected about DNA which is believed to have one's genetic code embedded in it.

DNA: An acronym for de-oxyribo nucleic acid; It has a double helix configuration of protein molecules that determines everything about you - the colour of your hair, the shape of your eyes and so on. DNA is tightly wrapped into 23 pairs of chromosomes. One of the chromosome pairs comes from the mother and the other from the father. Hence a person's DNA is a combination of the parents' DNA. It is usually unique to every person, unless the person has an identical twin. DNA is present in in all almost all cells of the body from blood and bone, skin and hair follicle to sweat, semen, saliva and other bodily excretions. DNA is the same from cell to cell and remains so all through a person's life.
